Delaware Valley Browns Backers Rooting for the Cleveland Browns from the Delaware Valley

The NFL has released the 2009 regular season schedule including the Brown’s Schedule.

Some things to note:

• Most of the games are 1:00 starts.  Unlike last year we should be able to meet consistently.
• The divisional games seem better spaced out this year.
• The bye-week is actually in the middle of the season.
• We open against a non-division, non-conference team.
• The prime-time games are against Pittsburgh and Baltimore and both are at home.

So our season ended painfully and then we had to watch the worst possible outcome in the postseason…  The good news is that the 2008 season is over and we’re again tied for 1st in the AFC North.

Day One of the 2009 NFL Draft is going to be on Saturday, Apr 25. Because we again have a high draft pick, we are planning on having a draft day party.  For now we are trying to gauge preliminary interest.
